I’ve been eating much less read meat (maybe once or twice a month), overall, I’ve found:

  • It’s not really that good for you (there’s so many other things that are better, too!)
  • It takes a lot of energy & resources to create.
  • The process of creating meat is a fairly upsetting one (aside from the slaughtering of an animal, it has quality control issues that in many cases are unmonitored).
