Five Foods That Will Help You Sleep

As I’ve studied the effects of different foods on my body…
…it’s been clear that with most of my findings, it happens to others as well!
With that in mind, here’s five foods that will help you sleep:
- Turkey – it has very high levels of tryptophan, which is a known sleep inducer. Also, seafood, chicken and soybeans will do the trick too.
- Yogurt – it is also high in tryptophan.
- Almonds, and other nuts – they’re also loaded with tryptophan, and the calming magnesium.
- Beans and soy are high in magnesium & tryptophan.
- Spinach – loaded with B vitamins, and magnesium.
You’ve probably experienced that sleepy sensation after Thanksgiving Dinner, you’re totally on to something!
