Fierce foods for fighting & preventing cancer
On April 8th
If you’ve had someone you love die, or fight, cancer – usually you’ll make some lifestyle adjustments to assure you’re not increasing your risk as well.
I know I have, and I know many people who have as well.

Here’s a list of fierce foods for fighting & preventing cancer:
- Herbs and spices – thyme, rosemary, mint, basil, sage, tumeric, and ginger,
- Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids – salmon, sardines, mackerel, walnuts, and green vegetables,
- Cruciferous vegetables – brocolli, cauliflower, and cabbage
- Garlic, onions and leeks,
- Raspberries, blueberries, and black berries,
- Dark Chocolate (oh yeah!!),
- Drinks – green tea, pomegranate juice, and red wine in moderation.
